Can I order and take courses and tests online?
Yes. In fact this is the most desired way. If you chose, you can print your course and test and answer the questions on paper. Then log back in and take the test. Or you can read the course and take the test all online. Either way, you will receive an immediate score and access to your certificate for printing on any machine and at any time. A history of your course orders and viewing/printing of certificates are always available by logging into our site.

I placed an order to take my courses online, what now?
Once you receive your approved order number on the screen, an email is immediately sent with your password to access your courses. When you receive the password, simply go to "Login" at the top right of the screen, enter your email address and password and you will see your courses. After logging in, if you do not see your courses, click on "My Tests" to refresh your screen.

I have not received an email with my password?
The email is immediately sent when your order is complete. Please check both your regular and spam (bulk) mail folders. If you have not received an email from us within twenty minutes, please add our email address, support@dynamicdentaled.com, to your address book, then go to "Login" and click on "Forgot your Password" to regenerate another password to be sent to your email address.

Can I print a course and test online?
Yes. Once you have access to your courses, click on "Take Now" to the right of each course. Then go to File and Print in our browser to print the course and test. You still are able to print and view a course after you have completed the test for that course.

How many questions are on your tests?
All of our tests consist of 10 True or False questions.

Do I have to complete an online course or test all at once?
No. The course and test are always there until you submit the test for grading. If you partially complete a test, write your answers on a piece of paper. We do not store partially completed tests. You may choose to print the course and test if you will be unable to complete the test at one time.

Can I save some of my tests for my next renewal cycle?
Yes. Our courses and tests do not expire, either online or booklet form. They become used once a test has been graded.

Can I fax my completed tests?
Yes, fax them to 813.969.2901. We will also fax back your certificate of completion if you provide us with a fax number. This is the second quickest way to submit tests for credit. The quickest way is to request your courses and tests to be online while you are ordering.

How long does it take to receive my certificate of completion?
That depends on how we receive your test. Online is quickest with immediate grading and certificate generation and printing. Fax is 1 to 2 business days and mail can be up to 10 business days.

How do I know if I passed my test(s)?
If you take your tests online, you will know immediately if you passed. If you faxed or mailed your tests, we will send you a certificate of completion for the courses you passed. You will also receive a letter listing any courses which did not receive a passing grade of 70% or better.

What if I fail my test(s)?
If you take your tests online, you will be able to retake them until you pass them, with no additional charge. If you faxed or mailed your tests, we will mail you a blank test for 1 retake of each course you ordered and did not pass, at no charge. More than 1 retake will incur a nominal administration fee.

For Florida licensees, do you report course completions to CE Broker?
Yes. Everyone with a Florida address are automatically reported to CE Broker. Licensees living outside of Florida, but are taking courses for their Florida license must tell us the courses are for their Florida license or report to CE Broker themselves.
